10 Activities to improve their working memory and concentration

You can remember an extreme amount of facts. But his short-term memory you can always keep only a limited number of things. But working memory might actually be the very core of our intelligence. And no matter what type of education you've had, everyone can improve their mental abilities. This article contains ten activities to help improve their working memory.
Activity 1: Eat
Imagine that you bought that new car you've dreamed of. But instead of putting a little gas in the tank, fill it with diesel and casually throw in a handful sand. You probably will not be surprised when the car really did not get far. Your brain also needs proper fuel to work the best. Try to eat a balanced diet rich in omega-3 fats, antioxidants, (broccoli, spinach and berries blueberries for example). I also recommend eating more often, prevents large drops in the level of blood sugar, the main source of energy for your brain.
Activity 2: Turn on music
Psychologists and scientists have been searching for the connection between music and working memory for many years and many studies have found that music, especially classical improved storage and retrieval of information in human memory.
Activity 3: Reduce stress.
Stress does not physically damage the brain, but you can do to remember things more difficult. Even temporary stresses have a negative effect on their working memory.
Activity 4: Pay attention
